Search Engine Optimization & Affiliate Marketing Manager

The Affiliate marketing & SEO Manageris a critical Marketing team member who works on internet marketing efforts and handles for day-to-day responsibilities for digital lead generation efforts for Education Affiliates, one of the fastest growing companies in Maryland with headquarters in Baltimore.

Position reports to Marketing Director and requires a person who works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment to coordinate and implement internet programs to generate qualified leads for the companys colleges and institutes across the country.

Education Affiliates is seeking an experienced Affiliate marketing & SEO Manager with 5 to 10 years experience who is passionate about online marketing and is an expert on how to generate high quality leads and customers through all online channels with emphasis on organic search and affiliate lead aggregators. Your primary responsibility will be to drive and own the optimization of lead generation on the companys branded web sites and the management and develop of affiliate marketing lead generation strategy. Both execution and analysis.

• Manage Search Engine Optimization for lead generation on company web sites
• Design effective lead generation programs and processes to acquire customers at targeted Cost/Lead and Cost/Sale levels
• Manage affiliate partners and negotiate terms and pricing
• Evaluate campaign performance and work on strategic level with partners to capitalize on growth opportunities
• Manage WSM (web site marketing) campaign strategies, content development, conversion optimization, link building, blog content, social media integration, etc
• Identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies in online marketing campaigns
• Work to improve on all lead generation marketing materials such as email ads, banner ads, landing pages, etc.
• Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including campaign analyses, reporting of metrics, regulatory compliance, analysis to evaluate existing campaign performance and perform comprehensive reviews
• Conduct strategic planning for affiliate channel

Position is full time and located at EA home office in suburban Baltimore, MD. No relocation package
