Position Summary:

As part of the Transfer Pricing Team, you will manage client engagements as well as perform financial and economic analyses of companies, their intercompany transactions (such as the sale of tangible goods, the license of intellectual property, the provision of services and the granting of loans), and the industries in which they operate. In doing so, you will work closely with senior tax, legal and business professionals in a variety of settings including tax planning and compliance, M&A, restructuring and dispute resolution.
