OPPORTUNITY

As a Manager for Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for the operations of  facilities within a tight geographic area. There will be an initial 90-120 day period, where each candidate will move through an accelerated program of orientation to our systems and procedures and will function for a brief time as a facility manager in order to become familiar with the day to day operation of our buildings. In the end, we hope to blend the experience each potential candidate brings from their work history with the HCSG business philosophies and create a solid Manager for the organization as well as future growth potential.

DESCRIPTION

This position is the key management position within our organization. You are the company representative to all of our clients and handle all aspects of the business at the front line level. All management development is done at the grass roots level and as such falls under the direction of the Manager.
