Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Field Property Claim Service Adjuster in Jacksonville, Florida.  In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating property damage, corresponding with customers over the phone and in the field, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements.  You will be documenting claim activity on Allstate's state-of-the-art claim system, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.
 
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years property claims adjusting experience is required.  
• Previous experience using computer estimating systems is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills, as well as strong computer skills. 
• Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.
• A valid drivers license and use of a working vehicle is required since this is a field position.
• Candidates must be able to lift a 40-50 lb ladder.
• Previous experience working with general contractor in restoration repair field is a plus.
• A State of Florida Adjusters license is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
