As part of a team of energetic, dedicated, and motivated associates, the Analyst I is responsible for completing reconciliations on his/her own book of business while managing several special projects in a fast-paced environment. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with large accounts, while also gaining an understanding of the Fully Insured financial arrangements and products.Key Responsibilities
- Administer the financial component of contractual agreements with Accounts as it relates to billing, premium payment and reconciliations, delinquency, and claims suspension.
- Act as a corporate liaison to ensure excellent customer relations resulting in timely remittance of payments and rosters.
- Secure payment of past due receivables for assigned line of accounts through account education, analysis, presentations and the dunning process.
- Introduce new strategies, methods, and approaches to improve customer relations.
- Track Aged Trial Balance for assigned line of accounts to proactively identify eligibility, billing and collection issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts through occasional on-site account visits.
- Manage assigned special projects within the unit timely and accurately to ensure efficient production.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a Business related field)
- Strong problem solving, analytical and computer skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment amid multiple changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work within tight time constraints
- Minimum of one year experience in a business setting preferred, customer/financial services a plus
