The Business Analysis and Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation Unit may be filled as a BA/PM or Sr. BA/PM depending on experience.
Lead and manage the content creation for the "as-is" and "to-be" maps for enterprise & Semio
Provide strong project management for the process mapping activities to create high quality end to end process maps within time and budget
Work with joint venture Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to draft end-to-end cross organizational process flows
Work with process governance of Semio and enterprise to get "as-is" and "to-be" maps published
Lead the domain analysts and manage the SME interviewing process to create the "as-is" and "to-be" maps for QNEW enterprise and Semio
Assist in coordinating with Front Office Service Owners to implement agreed To-Be processes to the partnership's model
Assist in coordinating with relevant Quintiles departments to implement agreed processes
Participate in process output review activities with CDT members, partners' functions and Clinical Business Operations staff to evaluate the "real life" execution benefits of the revised process
Refine/optimize processes to reflect feedback from the execution phase
Use process mapping and analytical tools to understand and streamline clinical development costs
Collaborate in the development of innovative methods to develop the next generation clinical development and execution model that substantially reduces clinical development time and cost
REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer a Bachelor's or Master's level degree. MBA preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of business experiencein general management, finance, proposals, business development or corporate strategy development, 2 years in a project capacity
- Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Selected incumbent should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
- Able to work well with all levels of staff within the organization
- Able to effectively participate on teams in addition to supporting the organization as an individual contributor
- Able to lead and motivate staff as a lead Project Manager for assigned project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Sound judgment and decision making skills
- Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications like MS project
