For more information, visit www.fiserv.com.Position Purpose:This successful associate is responsible for working assigned inbound and outbound call queues for Student Loan and/or Small Business Administration (SBA) loan programs. Provide customer service and guide customers toward desired outcomes as defined by client objectives.Responsibilities:Answering inbound customer calls and making outbound calls.Maintain Fiserv/client customer service/satisfaction standards in all customer contacts.Work assigned inbound/outbound calling queues to ensure client servicing objectives are exceeded.Assist fellow Customer Service Consultants in all other team functions as assigned by management.Skills:Intermediate proficiency with PC/Windows related software (MS Office) required.An understanding of student loans and/or Small Business Administration loan. processing/collections/customer service preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.Ability to work effectively with minor supervision.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines.Ability to analyze problems quickly and in a professional manner.Excellent problem resolution and follow up skills.Ability to spend majority of the day engaged in telephone discussion with customers.Basic business writing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to maintain professional presence at all times.Experience:Associates degree or 1-2 years work experience in similar function required.1-2 years equivalent work experience with student loans or SBA loan servicing, processing or collections preferred.Personal Qualities:Ability to participate effectively in a team atmosphere.Banking,Customer Service
