The Sales Executive represents the company in the business development and sale of moving, storage, and logistics management services to the national business market. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solicits companies for commercial relocation, storage, logistics management, and records management services.
• Performs needs analysis and identifies services that satisfy a companys specific facility, logistics, and relocation needs needs.
• May perform on-site facility walk-thrus and service estimates; coordinate space planning; warehousing; and presentation of value-added services to existing and new clients.
• Networks and markets company services within target markets. Creates opportunities for future business. Develops and maintains relationships with corporate decision makers regarding facility and logistics management needs.
• Prepares professional and comprehensive bid proposals to secure new work for prospective customers.
