Description


Join the CSC team as a Multimedia/Graphics Design Leader at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO)! To be considered, you MUST hold an active US DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter Intelligence Polygraph completed within the past 18 months.

The Multimedia/Graphic Design Leader:
  • Develops and designs complex, multimedia visual communications, sometimes on very short suspense,such as executive level briefings, internal marketing materials,DVD or Web product demonstrations,and Web page designs. Communicates quality of client productsthrough visual media.
  • Collaborates with client, program manager, internal customers, Graphic DesignProfessional,and Desktop Publishing staff to develop complex visual media concepts for products and services in order to support client objectives. Translates complex technology concepts into executive-level briefings and products.
  • Captures requirements and creates specifications for complex projects.Coordinates the transfer of source files in the appropriate formats from the publications group to the vendor.
  • Ensures multimedia/graphics work meets client quality standards; researches, identifies, coordinateswith, and evaluatesexternal sources or vendors,if required.
  • Collaborates withclient,Multimedia/Graphics Professional, Desktop Publishers, and others as required,to plan, analyze, organize and execute various design and production projects and to ensure adherence to client requirements and standards.
  • Supports digitization of a variety of media, including audio, video, and printed matter in a format compatible with client systems and requirements.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.


Qualification

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, multimediaor related field preferred
  • Six or more years of multimedia and/or graphic design experience
  • Experience working with multimedia and graphic design concepts and equipment
  • Experience working with publication preparation
  • Experience working with graphic software packages
  • Experience working with pre-publication coordination
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with CI poly completed within past 18 months
