Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Field Auto Claim Service Adjuster in Miami, FL. In this vital role, you will be responsible for investigating accidents and evaluating and estimating auto collision damage to determine liability. This will required travel to sites where the damaged vehicles are located, as well as in our Drive-In estimating facility. Laptop computer technology is used to complete estimates. Job tasks also include corresponding with customers over the phone, obtaining police reports, and negotiating damage settlements. You will be documenting claim activity on Allstate's state-of-the-art claim system, and following processes that provide fair settlements or claim resolutions, customer satisfaction and excellent cost management.

Our ideal candidate has a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of auto estimating experience in either an auto body shop or insurance carrier. Candidates will also be required to have excellent customer service skills, verbal/written communication skills, organizational skills and strong computer skills. Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills. Previous use of a computer estimating system such as ADP, CCC, or Mitchell is a plus. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Since this is a field position candidates are required to have a valid drivers license and use of a working vehicle.
