Job Responsibilities:
Manage the physical security of operating facilities, equipment, and documentation. Manage and maintain organizations personnel records and paperwork related to clearances. Produce employee and visitor identification badges, process incoming and outgoing visit authorization requests, maintain non-escort visitor data base, maintain computerized access control system, and perform other related duties. Maintain security clearances, billeting requirements, and a listing of approved personnel for access.

Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Coordinate with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations.

Coordinate with the Government Special Security Officer (SSO) for approved/certified processes and periodic security inspections. Develop and administer security procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents and equipment. Identify and implement federal security regulations that apply to organization operations. Prepare manual outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conduct security education classes. Implement global and site specific security procedures, checklists, process controls and practices including preparation of documents and destruction of records.

Required Skills :
Working knowledge of DOD 5220.22R; Industrial Security Regulation
Working knowledge of DOD 5220.22M Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information
Working knowledge of DOD 5220.22-S COMSEC Supplement to Industrial
3 to 5 years experience Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Information
Working knowledge of DOD 5200.1-R Information Security Program Regulation
Working knowledge of Contractor Administrative Security Volume 1 and must have experience in establishing, maintaining, and operating Secure Compartmented Information Facilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a minimum of 2 years working experience in the management of a secure facility

Education:
Bachelors Degree

Desired Qualification:
Prior Military/Coast Guard Experience (Active Duty, Guard, Reserve or Civilian)
