Executive Assistant
The Corporate Executive Board (CEB) has an opening for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and project support to senior leaders at the company, and to his/her department as a whole. Our candidate will possess exceptional relationship building skills as well as superior administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner to the Finance Practice Member Services leadership team, ensuring the highest
- caliber of professionalism in all interactions, internally and externally
- Schedule and support internal and external meetings (coordinate calendars, organize logistics,
- take notes, coordinate follow-up)
- Maintain and update daily scheduling
- Assist with photocopying, travel, filing, expenses, etc. and prepare documents and reports for
- distribution (collecting data, proofing, photocopying, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison for department and the rest of the firm, with particular emphasis on team
- building
- Manage communications with member executives from all over the world
- Assist in database maintenance and report creation
- Prepare data points and reports for meetings
- Take on special projects as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
- Superior organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to perform under deadline pressure
- Persistence, resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Desire to contribute meaningfully to the team
- Ability or interest to learn to do analytical project work
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle different “customer” personalities
- Sense of humor and ability to have fun in productive atmosphere
- Adaptablity to different working styles
- Undergraduate degree with a maximum of 1 to 2 years of Executive Assistant work experience
