Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage the Diversity Marketing efforts for the Levi's brand to ensure we reach the varied consumers of the brand in a relevant, impactful and authentic manner.  This role will lead the planning, briefing and execution of all Diversity marketing efforts.  The primary Diversity targets include Hispanic, African American, Asian and LGBT. 
 
         Marketing programs based on the Go Forth strategy that are customized to speak to the Hispanic, African American, Asian and LGBT targets
         Establish strong relationships to facilitate program development and execution
         Effectively communicate marketing strategies and execution requirements to inform consumer marketing programs
         Ensure success by sustaining highly collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders

 Basic Qualifications
          Bachelor's degree in marketing, MBA preferred (7+ years of combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree)
 
Additional Qualifications
         Global marketing experience preferred
         Experience in targeted diversity marketing, specifically Hispanic.
         Exposure to consumer promotions, materials development and retail execution
         Demonstrated ability to direct creative development  
         Excellent relationship building skills to develop credibility with the customer
         Experience in relationship management and client interface
         Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluency in Spanish
         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
         Strong influencing skills with the ability to present information in a compelling manner
         Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and conduct superior follow-through
         Excellent business acumen with the ability to conduct basic cost/benefit and return analysis on programs
         Ability to independently problem solve, balance priorities and make "on-the-spot" exceptional decisions
         Extensive knowledge of market trends and the retail landscape
