Description:Job Summary and Mission:
As a Branch Analyst, you coordinate fee-based activities of the Branch, including but not limited to increasing the net new assets in the fee-based platforms. You report into the Sales Manager with Regional DMAC input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive dramatic and sustained growth for fee-based businesses in the branch.
- Through BI
- Drive branch fee-based revenue
- Drive key ACS initiatives:
- ACCESS, MAC, PWS, PACE, InsightOne, DRS
- FGA, and the Advisor
- Rainmaker
- As well as new products and/or services
- Partner with Financial Advisors
- To provide expertise on money managers within fee-based platform to create client appropriate proposals
- On conference calls to deliver a tailored suite of ICS solutions.
- Asset Retention through Performance Reporting, Investment Evaluation and Account Analysis
- PMR, OPR, QPR
- InsightOne Guidelines Violations
- Provide product and manager updates, as well as introduce new ACS products and capabilities to the Branch Manager and Financial Advisors
- ACCESS/MAC manger Updates
- Strategic Advisor Rollout
- New PACE Rollout
- Partner with the Branch Manager in their recruiting efforts
- Manager Conversion Scenarios
Qualifications:- Understanding of all ACS Products and Services including the compliance policies and procedures related to such products.
- Requires an in depth knowledge of performance measurement & attrition, Risk Measurement (includes total risk, qualitative risk: variance, semi-variance, Sharpe Ratio, Alpha, Beta, Treynor Ratio, Sortino Ratio, Information Ratio) & Modern Portfolio Theory, calculation of historical returns, expected returns, portfolio rebalancing & its effects, standard deviation time weighted returns, benchmark returns, style analysis, variance, semi-variance, efficient asset selections (correlation: positive, zero & negative).
- Systems knowledge specifically but not limited to the PACE System, Business Intelligence, Investment Strategy Review, FGA, WM Tools, Informa PSN and Performance Reporting Systems
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work on several projects successfully at a given time
