Key Role:
Provide advice and counsel on organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) risk mitigation across the business life-cycle. Draft formal OCI plan documents and correspondence in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Monitor and audit company performance under OCI mitigation and avoidance plans. Maintain records and case management documentation for OCI cases. Establish company best practices and procedures for OCI identification and management. Participate in company-wide and team-specific OCI training and communications activities.
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with the administration of government contracts
-Experience with business analysis and risk management
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Experience with consulting
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree required
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with working in a large corporate environment preferred
-Experience with DoD and civilian federal agencies
-Experience with training development and delivery
-Knowledge of organizational conflict of interest regulations, case law, and treatment
-Ability to interact with all levels of management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving skills
