Role Summary/Purpose
Provide analytical and underwriting support and proactively manage a small number of distressed transactions. Handle loan histories, file updates and correspondence with customers. Accountable for mitigating losses in the General Markets portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities
Perform analysis and due diligence to identify risks associated with modification of credit terms and determine appropriate mitigations, structure, and pricing. Provide financial models to include assessing risk and setting financial covenants. Manage a portfolio of accounts to track performance and compliance with modified documentation. Provide timely and clear reporting and communication of resolution results. Perform extensive analysis and due diligence to identify risks associated with modification of credit terms and determine appropriate mitigates, structure, and pricing. Accountable for collection of high-risk and late stage accounts receivables. Develop and implement customer-specific programs and solutions to mitigate write-offs. Track and communicate resolution results.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience in a finance, banking, or risk environment. Two years of financial services, collections, risk or underwriting experience. 3+ years of collections experience to include two years of supervisory. Strong communication skills and ability to work with business customers. Strong investigative, customer service and problem solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. You must be willing to take a drug test. You must be willing to submit to a background investigation including verification of employment, criminal history, and educational background. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States. You must be willing to work out of an office in Lewisville, TX.
