Prospecting for new members.
Provide ongoing management of member enrollment inquires and application processing.
Provide ongoing management of enrolled member status, to include periodic (no less than monthly) enrollment updates with FMCHP Senior Marketing Administrator.
Develop and schedule and help organize Member Enrollment Days in assigned region.
Develop process for and provide for ongoing management of FMCHP enrolled member Medicare secondary insurance coverage surveillance. Maintain knowledge of and currents lists of participating providers in assigned region.
Maintain insurance licenses in all States assigned and comply with all Federal, State and CMS regulatory requirements and laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Required: Undergraduate degree in business administration or accounting and/or equivalent work experience with a health insurance company, health maintenance organization. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or work experience in the health insurance industry and or disease management industry. Life and Health Insurance Licensed Agent, multi-state license desired.
Minimum 2 years experience using Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
Experience with large databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interacting with physicians, nurses, management personnel, and peers.
Knowledge of insurance industry provider relations and the dialysis industry preferred.
Experience with financial modeling and/or data mining.
