Video Product Developer

SW Engineer to develop software capable of generating full motion video and image clips based on MSIB and STANAG 4609 video standards. 

The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of MPEG-2 Transports, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 video formats, and KLV metadata as well as available open source tools capable of working with these formats. 

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in CS or other related technical field and

9-13 years of experience directly related to this position.

The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. A working knowledge of portable open source Linux-based development processes, languages, and tools including C, C++, C#, Java, Mono/.NET, and Windows/cygwin is necessary.

Hands on experience with SOAP, XML, and SOA based systems is a plus. Good communication skills are essential.
