Manpower Professional is seeking a Retail Banking Fee Analyst for a permanent role. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in a retail banking and driving fee income.1) Major responsibilities for this position- Forecasting and Analyzing. This person will make fee income recommendations based on modeling of income (coming up with alternatives or suggestions for existing fee income structures, etc) or based on their consulting experience with financial fee income analysis. 100% of this person's job duties will be generating ideas to produce revenue from fee income.Candidate Profile2) Main competencies that we're looking for in a candidate for this position- Knowledge about financial fee income structures (Banks fee income)- Knowledge and experience of moedeling and analysis- Ability to communicate with upper management and exectuives to explain the ideas and convince them- Ability to deal with objective personalities, to accept and provide structured criticisms- Proficient database management skills- Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred)Candidate SkillsMinimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field. Five or more years experience with retail banking and business analysisPreferred: Software and applications including, but not limited to: Excel, Access, SAS (or SPSS), SQL, Oracle, and others such as MCIF (Marketing Customer Information Files).
