In conjunction with the Manager, Human Resources assist in the interpretation and administration of the Human Resources program. Responsibilities include recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employees. Maintenance of personnel records and the site's Affirmative Action Plan.

In conjunction with the Manager, Human Resources assist in the interpretation and administration of the Human Resources program. Responsibilities include recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employees. Maintenance of personnel records and the site's Affirmative Action Plan.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Policy Management - including administering/interpreting company Policies and representing the organization (and/or assisting the HR Manager/Director) in personnel and employment law compliance related investigations and hearings.
- HR/Organization Consulting - including change management facilitation and organizational consulting with all levels of employees.
- Employee Programs - including administering the annual Benefits Open Enrollment Process, employee opinion surveys, and answering general HR questions.
- Talent Selection - including interviewing and selecting salaried exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Employee Training & Development - including conducting new employee orientation sessions and coordinating other training sessions. Assist HR Manager with training delivery and training needs assessment.
- Employee Relations - including assisting HR Manager/Director with developing and implementing effective Employee Relations programs. Assist with employee event planning.
- Systems - including report generation by period and compiling metrics reports.
- Administration - including FMLA, Work Comp, Visa/immigration, headcount, exit process, coordinating/reporting employee status transactions, invoice processing.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 2-3 years HR Generalist experience.
- Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications, and SAP
- Excellent Communications and Organization skills.
