The Client Relationship Manager plays an essential role in successful client interaction, managing client engagements to support all of the TNG business channels (REO Disposition, Short Sale and Loan Mod, Valuations, Title & Escrow, Real Estate Brokerage) ensuring positive client relationships and outcome. The Client Relations Manager will be involved in, and become knowledge about, all facets of TNG business lines and strategies.
Qualifications to be successful in this position:
This specific role is intended to be a liaison role for the needs and direction of client requests/objectives so that they are properly carried through to the individual businesses that support those directives. Additionally, this role is intended to work with New Business Development in securing new clients, delivering the message of TNG, developing presentations and acting as a spokesperson for TNG. The role is typically the first point of contact that the client or new client will experience, therefore business professionalism, manners of dress and a highly motivated disposition will be required. The Client Relations Manager candidate will be partnered with existing Client Managers to supplement and enhance coverage in order to facilitate and maximize to the greatest extent possible allowing for positive client relations and interaction.
- Responsible for establishment and identification of key client contacts for TNG business Partners.
- Act as primary TNG point of contact for all existing clients.
- Respond immediately to any client concerns, needs, questions or problems.
- Respond to client service needs or request, or direct to appropriate team member. Ensure appropriate follow up occurs.
- Participate in ongoing client calls, update Call Notes and oversee follow through
- Work closely with all TNG business channel managers in order to have a proficient knowledge of all TNG business channel processes and procedures.
- Client site visits on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Have a thorough understanding of all client performance guidelines and expectations.
- Ensure Client Compliance based on client specific guidelines, policies and procedures.
10. Maintain accurate customer contact information for accounts by continually monitoring and updated databases
- Coordinate updating of all TNG business channels with proper documentation based on client specific guidelines and documents.
- Meet weekly with all channel managers to ensure client expectations are met and address proactively any impending client problems or concerns.
- Attend conferences as directed.
- Coordinate and administer special company functions as needed.
- Assist in new business development for any or all of TNG business channels
- Expand existing TNG Client relationships to bring in new business opportunities or increasing existing business.
- Perform special assignments as needed.
Preferred if candidate has existing relations with some or all of the following:
GMAC, Wilshire Credit, IBM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Chase, Bank of America, RCS Residential Credit Solutions, CARVAL, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds and others
