JOB SUMMARYUnder general supervision, assist with quality control research, perform audits for unauthorized connections by non-customers, basic only customers, HSD only customers, telephony only customers and complete safety field observation forms.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONContribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamworkConduct field audits of taps; identify and disconnect any unauthorized connectionsIdentify opportunities to sell and convert disconnected unauthorized connections to paying customersWork with the Door to Door sales team to transfer over the disconnected unauthorized accounts for further workMaintain system security by auditing pedestal locks; reshape and starlock pedestalsAudit drops; provide all drop locations with permanent tags, service tags, grease threads, rubber grommets, and terminate all unused ports. Maintain accurate records and reporting requirementsAssist with quality control checks on technicians work as needed and requested by supervisorPerform repairs to pedestals and lock boxes or other equipment damage from illegal connectsComplete safety field observation forms when encountering associates and contractors in the fieldPerform other duties as requested by supervisorPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA.
