HCM (Human Capital Management) / Human Resources Professional

HCM Specialist is needed to work on long term government contract.  HCM Specialist will help to develop a high level strategy and build HR processes within DOD customer.  HCM Specialist will work with customer to develop a hiring and onboarding process.  Will participate in development of job requisition and pre-screening of candidates.  HCM Specialist will develop packages to initiate hiring actions, incorporating feedback from hiring managers and HR specialists

This is a long term government contract.  All candidates must be US Citizen and clearable to the secret level.  Work location is Arlington, VA. 

Strong candidate will have the following skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HCM/HR. 
• Must have government HCM/HR experience.  DOD experience is a plus. 
• Bachelors Degree required.  Graduate degree in Human Capital Management or relevant field is a plus.
