Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Establishes, improves, and optimizes solutions and processes for strategy implementation. Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for various business segments in the SBU for top management decision-making and business requirements development. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products and programs. May require strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems. May coordinate with external business partners and vendors as appropriate. Works independently as well as directing large, cross-functional groups. Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns. Works side by side with their managerRequires a BS/BA degree, 5-10 + years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; 3 + years experience as a Business Consultant with project management skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  Healthcare experience required; knowledge of healthcare operations and/or managed care is preferred.  Must be proficient with Excel, & PowerPoint, experience with MS Project and Visio are preferred.
