  • Lead, guide and motivate associates
  • Inspire associates to deliver results through planning and execution
  • Coach associates to bring a superior entertainment experience to our guests everyday
  • Encourage associates to maximize their personal growth and development
  • Manage theatre budgets and analyze financial reports
  • Uphold AMCs high standards and deliver entertaining company-wide programs

  • Will commit to relocation upon completion of the program
  • Three years experience in a General Manager capacity.
  • Experience managing a facility with more than $1 million dollars in annual revenue
  • A college degree or applicable work experience
