As a presentation manager you train, coach, motivate and evaluate all booth operators. You also manage routine housekeeping, equipment maintenance and timely communication with the theatres technical systems engineer. What does that mean? Again, you put on a good show. We break it down into your soon-to-be responsibilities:
  • Six or more months of booth operation experience.
  • Ability to successfully achieve booth certification and complete two or more advanced booth training modules.
  • One year or more of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; the ability to provide clear direction, resolve disagreements, influence strong performance, and produce clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate well with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors and corporate partners.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve results through resources.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Good eyesight, hearing, and color perception.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Basic computer networking and electrical aptitude or associated knowledge.
  • Excellent training and development skills; ability to identify strong talent, spearhead development plans, evaluate performance, and deliver effective coaching messages.
  • Ability to move rapidly from one point to another to accommodate the performance schedule, format changes, repair film breaks, or refocus the projector during the presentation of the feature.
  • Effective analytical, planning, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure, take control during high demand business circumstances, and manage work environments that achieve high levels of job satisfaction among team members.
