Senior Sales/Financial Analyst-Contractor

Join our dedicated and talented team of individuals all focused on creating the best products in the marketplace. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales/Financial Analyst in our Glendale offices.

This contract position will prepare complex Sales Analysis reports on an adhoc and daily basis. This will require expert skills in excel to manipulate large data detail from various Sales Systems. The position will also be responsible to complete business analysis on Sales and Financial reports and present findings to Sales Leadership in finished presentation material.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare complex Sales Analysis reports on an adhoc and daily basis. This will require expert skills in excel to manipulate volumous data from various Sales Systems.
Perform data analysis and present findings to Sales Leadership in finished presentation material.
Preparation of ad-hoc analysis.
Insightful and accurate reporting of actual results vs. plan/budget.
Develop presentation materials for Sales Leadership
Preparation of sales, customer growth and revenue forecasts.
Preparation of sales budgets.
Ability to manage all tasks from end-to-end so that the finished product is presentable without being remediated / revised by anyone else.
Development of business intelligence systems (data warehouses) to manage all sales and revenue data.
Development and modeling of sales compensation plans

REQUIREMENTS

Experience creating complex sales financial models and reports.
Preparation of sales and revenue forecasts.
Building budgets and sales plans.
Previous sales compensation plan modeling and management experience a plus.
Ability to organize and assimilate large volumes of data in to a working sales analysis model.
Prior experience building and managing reporting systems and databases.
Ability to communicate business rules clearly so that systems can be built which use these business rules.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to schedule work, review others work and meet deadlines.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Expert Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills.
