Job Description:
Coordinate and manage all upcoming and current education offerings on LMS for Siemens customer training attendees. Assist training center in providing the necessary administrative support as dictated by the Instructors and EDS team.
REPORTS TO: Virtual Program Manager
SUPERVISES: Manages data input of all education offerings both live and virtual into LMS (Learning Management System), including backlog of service and sales unused offerings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, manage and keep up-to-date all of the virtual and live education offerings on the LMS.
Manage all virtual subscription offerings leading to expedient revenue recognition.
Effectively manage customer scheduling for Workshops and Fellowships
Effectively communicate with all Instructors, Project Management, Sales, Clinical Education Specialists, & Zone Directors.
Carry out additionally assigned responsibilities related to the LMS, Classroom Training and Virtual Offerings.
Responsible for acquiring and maintaining the necessary skills to effectively provide support for job related responsibilities.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
Prior customer service experience recommended.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS:
Detail oriented organization and communication skills.
Advanced computer skills: Windows 2000, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work independently with detailed follow-up.
Analyze urgency of problems as they occur and coordinate and monitor a solution.
Ability to communicate effectively with management.
