The Position

Atlanta's North Highland office is seeking an assertive, market-focused Vice President to help continue its long history of growth. The VP will be responsible for the acquisition and development of target accounts and the overall relationship of assigned account(s), including account growth, quality of delivery, client satisfaction, risk management, profitability, and client team effectiveness.

 

The defining characteristics of this candidate will be a high level of professionalism and personal integrity as well as proven ability to proactively drive new business in the Atlanta Market. The candidate will be required to source, develop, establish and maintain new client revenue of $3-4M for the first year, building to $7M plus within the following two to three years. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential.

 

Experience We Seek

 

Specific qualifications and experience required of this individual include:

 

Technical Skills Required - CIO Services:

  • Experience in identifying, planning, selling and delivering large and complex information technology solutions, across all phases of an IT lifecycle. A "Deal Shaper."
  • Broad experience in a variety of technology solutions. ERP experience is required, but must not be a sole area of focus or dominant area of experience.
  • Ability to assist C level IT executives in the development and execution of an enterprise wide IT strategy and supporting strategic initiatives portfolio
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years total experience in professional services, including at least 5 years of experience in a management role within a large consulting services organization. Significant Big 4 experience an advantage
  • Has sold and managed large consulting projects. Significant experience in leading teams to deliver and sell complex service offerings.
  • A record of accomplishment that demonstrates the ability to sell, deliver and maintain client relationships that continuously generates an on-going stream of revenue within the Atlanta, GA market.
  • Strong leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to contribute to the growth of North Highland's Atlanta, GA consulting practice.
  • Ability to attract, build, mentor and direct a high-performing cohesive team.

 

 

Our expectations for an Atlanta North Highland VP include:

  • Maintain on site client visibility, engagement and project delivery. Develop hands on insight into client business issues.
  • Develop deep relationships with senior management and C-Level executives.
  • Become sought after by clients as a trusted advisor/business partner.
  • Assess client risk and mitigate on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead client planning activities and establish annual account goals for client team.
  • Manage client investments and portfolio of projects to meet or exceed margin forecasts.
  • Leverage others (other VPs, other offices, etc) in account leadership.
  • Develop business relationships through community involvement in Boards, Professional Memberships, and other volunteer work.
  • Actively recruit and develop North Highland consultants and future company leaders.
  • Contribute in a timely and collaborative manner in the "running of the business".
  • Model our North Highland values.

 

The individual will work in conjunction with the local office team, and will collaboratively contribute in building North Highland's long-term Atlanta market brand and presence.

The Line Vice President is responsible for contributing and supporting Atlanta market client relationships, strategically aligned with ones consulting skills and industry experience.

 

Education

The successful candidate must possess a bachelors degree. A masters degree and/or professional certifications are advantageous.

 

Compensation

Target compensation will include fixed and variable (performance driven) components as well as a very generous health benefit package and employee savings plan.
