Working in an insurance call center. Responds to basic customer inquiries and requests. Process calls in a timely manner that ensure service level agreements. Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate account. Processes customer requests by sending faxes, returning telephone messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication. Interfaces with team members, management, and customers in reference to customer issues. Reviews data for integrity. Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.''High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years telephone / Call Center customer service experience required. Insurance experience/knowledge preferred. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently. Good business and analytical problem solving skills. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Must be flexible and a teamplayer. Experience working with fax machines, computer software and telephone technology/etiquette. Microsoft office suite proficient (Word, Excel).
