Job Description

AAA – Texas is expanding and seeking career minded Sales Consultants to join our team of Insurance Sales Agents. Our door is open to talented sales professionals with the ambition, initiative, self-determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, and winning attitude.

- Start with an existing book of business - current AAA customers who can provide you with additional business and referral opportunities

- This is not an independent contractor position so no overhead cost to you

- Immediate earning potential - Sales Agents average $60K - $80K in their 1st year

· Consultative sales experience highly preferred

· Stable job history

· Professional presence in person and over the telephone

· Successful completion of an extensive Background check

· Ability to pass a hair follicle Drug Screen

Qualifications:

· Two or more years of proven sales experience

· High School Diploma, BA/BS degree a plus but not required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Competitive sales drive

· Intermediate to expert computer experience

· Ability to qualify for a Texas Personal Lines license

· Work days include evenings and a minimum of two Saturdays per month

Location is determined after training. Our field offices are as follows:

Fort Worth, Arlington, North Tarrant, Lewisville, Plano, Dallas, North Dallas, Frisco and Flower Mound.
