Manpower has a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a reputable company in Boise! The ideal candidate will have experience in an industrial setting. This could include counter sales, order picking, shipping & receiving, warehouse, landscaping, etc. Candidates should be looking for a long-term career. Hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate and will pay $10.50 per hour.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and must be able to stand for 8 hours a day. Position will include basic industrial duties including order picking, shipping and receiving. Must have no visible tattoos, no visible piercings, and be clean shaven. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and must be able to pass a basic math and spelling skills test. Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.Candidates should be reliable, have good job longevity and be looking for a career with a company where they can grow over time. Must have a positive attitude and must work well in a team environment. Must learn quickly and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
