Description

• understand logical entity modeling techniques
• create low to medium complexity test scripts that contain multiple cases and cycles
• develop reference documentation content including on-line help, user manuals and other reference materials
• observe, assess, and influence exchange between participants in workshop and lab settings
• define, model, and interpret data within and between business activities
• demonstrate awareness and understanding of business process design techniques
• develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products
• participate, typically in observer role, gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (workshops, work sessions and interviews)

• prioritize work with minimal assistance
• manage multiple tasks in a consistent manner
• consistently demonstrate an organized and disciplined approach to your work
• manage your own time and accurately estimate the remaining efforts for tasks

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred
  
• Two or more years of experience in business analysis and process modeling, preferably in a consulting environment
  
• Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology
  
• Experience working with process and entity modeling techniques
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
