Description
Search for Business Analysts with Supply Chain experience, 2-5 years of experience.
Business Knowledge
- understand logical entity modeling techniques
- create low to medium complexity test scripts that contain multiple cases and cycles
- develop reference documentation content including on-line help, user manuals and other reference materials
- observe, assess, and influence exchange between participants in workshop and lab settings
- define, model, and interpret data within and between business activities
- demonstrate awareness and understanding of business process design techniques
- develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products
- participate, typically in observer role, gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (workshops, work sessions and interviews)
Management
- prioritize work with minimal assistance
- manage multiple tasks in a consistent manner
- consistently demonstrate an organized and disciplined approach to your work
- manage your own time and accurately estimate the remaining efforts for tasks
- manage the scope of assigned tasks to stay within project estimates

- Understands and applies business process design techniques (Business).

- Demonstrates understanding of the Catalyst approach and applies components of the architecture, development, integration and deployment phases to day-to-day activities (Methodology).
- Executes test scripts for the business area and documents test results (Technical).
- Gains the confidence of clients and company staff in specialty area and builds strong relationships with the working group (Relationship Management).
- Extendsrole on current assignment due to level of application and process knowledge, when possible (Leverage).
Qualification
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred
- Two or more years of experience in business analysis and process modeling, preferably in a consulting environment
- Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology
- Experience working with process and entity modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
