Ernst & Young's Information Technology Enablement Center (ITEC) is a Center of Excellence that assists our national advisory practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex, full lifecycle initiatives along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the space of information technology. Information Technology Effectiveness (ITE) within ITEC focuses on bridging the gap between business and IT, running IT like a business, improving Ernst & Young's Global Center methodologies, and enabling our national advisory practices with assessing, designing and transforming our clients in the following areas:

Responsibilities
Assist leadership in shaping the IT Enterprise Architecture practice and methodologies.
Lead and provide guidance on all aspects of proposals, staffing, and managing IT architecture programs/projects.
Lead or guide large complex solution delivery programs or projects in all areas of architecture (business, information, application, technology, security, governance, etc.).
Lead and provide subject matter knowledge in establishing enterprise architectures, principles, and standards with respect to industry leading frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, etc.).
Perform IT assessments and building improvement plans/portfolios and be able to convince, guide and advise Chief Executive Officers on moving forward.
Lead diverse project teams including client, advisory, and third-party and across global regions.
Define/architect IT services as they relates to business processes with an ability to relate IT services in business terms.
Demonstrate strong ability to advise, coach and teach with respect to leading practices and improvements initiatives.
Establish and control architecture governance and compliance, processes, and community of the practice.
Build business cases and justify enterprise architecture improvements.
Lead practice building activities, improving internal solution sets, methods and resources.
Keep on the leading edge of innovation and trends in enterprise architecture, tools and techniques.
Integrate with ERP solution teams to confirm enterprise architectures are being used effectively and accelerators are used/created for major packages (SAP, Oracle, Seibel, etc.).
