Who Is ALPFA?
In 1972, the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) became the first national Latino professional association in the United States. Since then ALPFA, a non-profit corporation, has provided unique and valuable programs, services, and benefits to its members and corporate partners.
VISION
ALPFA is the premier Latino professional organization in finance, accounting, and other related professions. ALPFA has active members, committed business partners, and quality programs.
MISSION
ALPFA creates opportunities, adds value, builds relationships for its members, the community and its business partners while expanding Latino leadership in the global workforce.

My ALPFA Story:
Upon hearing that ALPFA Boston was launching a mentorship program, I immediately sought out to apply. I am the first of my large family to graduate from college and pursue a profession and being so new to the business world, I quickly realized there is a lot to learn without a lot of time to learn it.
