In 2003, we started the Hispanic Professionals Networking Group (HPNG) in New York with the idea that not all networking events were created equal. We set out to change the way Latinos experienced networking events and to emphasize in our community that networking did NOT have to equal a party.

HPNG set out to produce events that informed, connected and inspired. How, you ask? Well, we achieved this by starting our Latino leaders speaker series. I'm very fortunate to get to interview Latino leaders from all industries who can share their experiences and not only inform our audience, but inspire us as well.

Now, iHispano brings HPNG's community online. By powering the infrastructure of this endeavor, not only does it make them our buddies, but also the "go to" guys for your job search. By combining our experience and resources, we can bring to our networks much more than we could individually offer.

HPNG Networking Site Guidelines

The Hispanic Professionals Networking Group is a membership organization which provides opportunities for Hispanic professionals to grow their networks and develop their careers.

Founded in 2003 in New York, HPNG produces monthly networking events and career management workshops in New York and Miami.

Monthly Networking Events

HPNG runs monthly cross-industry networking events which feature a leader from the Hispanic business community. The speakers share their story behind the story in which they talk about what drives them to success, what motivated them along the way and to give advice on how to succeed in the business world as Hispanic professionals.

Workshops

HPNG produces monthly workshops in career and leadership development, financial planning and investing, real estate matters, legal matters, networking and other topics.
