Vallarta Gardens is a beautiful vacation spot near Puerto Vallarta. The villas and property are incredible. We stayed in a 5 bedroom/5 bath luxurious villa with private pool, patio and sundeck. There is something for everyone here-my my 2 sons (11 and 10) enjoyed the great pool and they loved the food! My kids are picky eaters and loved the pizza. The property has a luxurious spa, fitness center, and workout room while enjoying the view of the bay. If you opt not to eat at the property, you can visit one of the great restaurants that Francisco (property manager) suggests and they will arrange transportation. One of the favorite things we did was to have a professional chef come to our villa and cook us an authentic Mexican meal (fantastic!).
While there is plenty to do on the property (jet ski, boat rental, daily fun activities, and more). Vallarta Gardens has a great concierge service that will reserve adventure trips during your stay. The property recommended a tremendous canopy tour. Our family loved it and my wife conquered her fear of heights and my boys felt like tarzan in the jungle! The ride there was amazing going thru hills and jungle to reach the zip line tour. If you prefer to get a taste of a local surf town then go to Sayulita, near the villas. Very quaint town with great authentic food and shopping, you can also get surf lessons. The best part was coming back to the elegant villas, I can’t stress enough how incredible the villas are.
