Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY  CBRE Heery seeks a Project Manager for a public institutional construction program in Medford, OR. The Project Manager coordinates all pre-design, design, procurement, pre-construction, construction, and close-out activities throughout the duration of the project and is the main point of contact between Heery, the Client, the Architect, the Contractor, and other Consultants.The Project Manager is responsible for total management of the project, including the complete financial management of projects and the achievement of a profitable outcome. The successful applicant will have a proven track record as a Project Manager dealing with new, ground up construction as well as additions and interior renovations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout. Demonstrates capability to read, understand and apply standard to moderately complex documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES  Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
