Front Office Manager
The newly renovated Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Downtown/Gaslamp Quarter is designed with modern and eclectic touches, our hotel in the historic Gaslamp Quarter embodies an urban design with a hint of the Victorian era. Located in a prime location only steps from the convention center downtown! The 240 all-suite hotel featuring rooms with fully-equipped kitchens, on-site Restaurant and Bar and 2,000 square feet of rentable meeting space, is currently looking for an experience Front Office Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will include assisting the General Manager with duties such as driving sales, ensuring outstanding guest service, and associate satisfaction as well as bottom-line results in a very entrepreneurial environment. Hotel Security
The Westin Governor Morris Hotel, located in Morristown, New Jersery a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking an energetic Hotel Security member to join the team. This person will perform duties of a Hotel Security team member to maintain order, enforce and ensure observance of applicable laws. Performs protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment.Job RequirementsSpend majority of shift on foot patrol, walking, climbing stairs of the interior and perimeter of the hotel to observe and identify potential security and safety risks or undesirable conditions. Requires verbal communication using pager and two-way radio. Maintain order in the hotel, dealing with the welfare of guests, e.g., assisting with door lock problems, coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire, fire or safety hazards and threats to life and/or property in a calm, rational and persuasive manner. Handle undesired conduct, violations of hotel policy and civil laws as warranted for the security and safety of hotel guests, employees, patrons and property.
