The Post Closing Agent position is also responsible for the ongoing management of the collateral files such as submitting maintenance requests, research, processing paid loans and working with other internal areas to coordinate the review of CBU files. Responsibilities:Complete the funding, booking and lien perfection process on all new and renewed loans processed in the Commercial Banking Unit. This process includes disbursing loan proceeds, sending executed documents for loan boarding, and lien perfection of real estate and non-real estate collateralComplete post-closing process on funded loans. Validate that documents were executed in accordance with lending standards and the credit approval. Identify missing documents, signatures and items for ongoing tracking. Create new collateral files to be housed within the Commercial Banking Unit and set-up ticklers for trailing documents in the Commercial Tickler Tracking System (CTTS)Research trailing document ticklers and exception items by working with Relationship Managers and third party vendors.
