At Old National we believe that by helping our associates balance work life with home life, we create a more productive workforce and a stronger company.  In 2017, Ethisphere Institute announced Old National Bank as one of the Worlds Most Ethical Companies for the sixth consecutive year.  Old National is seeking a Sales and Support Supervisor for our Call Center in Evansville, IN.  You will be responsible for the supervision of the day to day operation of the Call Center to include planning, troubleshooting, scheduling, data gathering and direct supervising to ensure that the Client Service Associates maintain a high level of quality, courteous service to both internal customers and external customers. Additionally, this person will be responsible for the day to day monitoring, coaching, directing and motivating of the Client Service staff. This person will be responsible for helping with the design, implementation and monitoring of key software, software enhancements and processes and procedures unique to the Call Center. This person will also be responsible for assuring that any escalated customer issue be handled in a prompt and professional manner, demonstrating the excellence of service and commitment to customer satisfaction that the company is noted for.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:        Responsible for the on-going day-to-day supervision of Client Service Associates, who work in a staggered work schedule environment and are involved in handling customer calls for deposit and loan account information, online services and Debit/ATM Cards         Provide front line support for escalated customer service issues.         Work with the Call Center Trainer to ensure that proper training is provided for the Client Service Associates when new products, policies, procedures, regulation, and software are introduced.         Quality assurance monitoring on a weekly basis for all Client Service Associates to provide feedback and coaching as well as identifying those individuals needing additional training.         Administer performance appraisals and feedback to the Client Service Associates on a timely basis and address all disciplinary situations in a timely manner.
