Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. This hospital is part of a 7 hospital system and is best in class in NE Indiana. The candidate chosen for this position will oversee all retail staff of 26 including a supervisor and hourly lead. This position will be instrumental in the innovative development of our retail arena, bringing the highest quality of food and customer service to this area by utilizing Sodexo retail systems. This position will manage a sales volume of nearly $1.0 Million Dollars and will have high visibility with Hospital Administration and Hospital Board Members through daily operations. The Retail Manager chosen for this position will obtain excellent interpersonal skills to maintain the current client relationship as well as continue to grow these relationships through EXCELLENT customer service.Experience with proper cash handling, digital menus and experience with Mindful or similar healthy dining options, Sodexo's Food Management System (FMS), Market Connections, Sodexo Menu Graphics (SMG) or similar systems is preferred but is not required.
