Enrollment Customer Service Representative - Student Financial Services
The Student Financial Services Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire an Enrollment Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: * Assist customers in person at the front counter of Student Financial Services. * Assist customers by phone and email. * Provide student tuition and fee billing information to students and parents. * Process identification cards to students, faculty, staff, retirees and visitors. * Assist with special projects as requested.
