As a District Manager (Downstream Chemicals), you are responsible for:<\/p>
Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars<\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with sales\/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)<\/p><\/li>
Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process<\/p><\/li>
Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts\/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed<\/p><\/li>
Oversee the budget for Downstream P\/L for the area of responsibility<\/p><\/li>
Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans<\/p><\/li>

Proven success in technical sales and customer relations<\/p><\/li>
Proficient in MS Office Suite, (PowerPoint, WORD, Excel)<\/p><\/li>

Willing and able to perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting as required<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
