The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the Quality Department. This position is responsible for organizing documentation, supporting data entry, and providing support where needed. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with the Quality team.
When will you work?
- Based out of our Bakersfield, CA location up to 40 hours a week.
What you’ll do:
- Perform filing, scanning, and organization of physical and digital documents
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks for various quality systems
- Maintain employee binders and ensure required documentation is up to date
- Support administrative tasks such as copying, preparing files, and routing documents
- Collaborate with Quality staff to complete project-based or ongoing clerical assignments

What you’ve done:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
