Berklee College of Music is seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Berklee Global (ADBG) to join our team and support the college’s global engagement strategy. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fostering international artistic collaboration, student-centered programming, and innovative educational partnerships. The Assistant Director works closely with Berklee Global leadership, faculty, and students to ensure smooth operations of our Global Partner programs, credit transfer pathways, and worldwide initiatives.

The division fosters interdisciplinary learning environments, inspiring new expressions of creativity and collaboration across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Global Partner Management
Serve as primary contact for Berklee Global Partners, managing inquiries, program logistics, and campus visits.
Advise students on Credit Transfer Agreements and Transfer to Berklee pathways.
Coordinate events, travel, equipment, and financial processes for Global Partner programming.
Participate as a member of the credit transfer agreement committee.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Lead data management and reporting initiatives, maintaining dashboards and tracking program metrics.
Support leadership with data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate cross-divisional projects, tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the Global division.
Communications
Develop, curate, and manage content for Berklee Global’s website, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and print materials.
Supervise student assistants supporting social media and communications efforts.
Collaborate with External Affairs to maintain consistent and engaging digital messaging.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in higher education or performing arts management.
Musical training and skill required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (Spanish preferred) a plus.
Knowledge of international education, recruitment, study abroad, and immigration processes.
Familiarity with office technology, event management systems, and social media platforms.
Ability to work in international and cross-cultural environments, representing Berklee with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise student employees as needed to support office and program operations.
Work Environment
Frequent international and domestic travel.
Evening and weekend work during peak times.

Hiring Range: $70,000 to $80,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
