Baldwin Borough Administrative Assistant



The Borough of Baldwin is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and includes an excellent benefits package. Salary will be based upon education, prior related work experience and skill level. Successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties in support of the Borough Manager, Municipal Services Manager, Finance Officer and Human Resources Director/Assistant Manager.

Candidates will have knowledge of office administration practices, high degree of professionalism to include excellent verbal and communication skills, detail orientated, organized, excellent time management and planning skills, multitasker, ability to work both as a team player and independently, experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and must have ability to maintain confidentiality. Must also be able available two evenings a month for council meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience within a municipality, government or school district setting.

Candidate must successfully pass a background screening.
