Director of Operations (Santa Monica Buick GMC Inc.; Santa Monica, CA): Execute & monitor day-to-day mgmt & pfrmc of automotive retail operations, identify areas of imprvmt, & implement strtgs to address challenges while ensuring compliance w/ company & gov. policies & regul. Req'ts incl.: Bach's deg. or foreign equiv. in Bus. Admin, Econ, or rel. field, & 13 yrs of rel. work exp.; In lieu of Bach's deg., employer will accept additional 2 yrs of rel. work exp. Employer will accept any suitable combo of edu., training, or exp. Salary $185,286 - $281,719/yr.
