What is it like to work for the Facilities Administration Team?
Facilities Administrators that support the Facilities Administration Team provide facilities administrative support to over 60 facilities across the US and are involved in all facilities-related procurements.
As a Facilities Administrator, you would provide general administrative support for facilities across the US as well as intermitent onsite facilities support at our sector headquarters. The primary activities would include the following:
- You will be responsible to provide onsite facilities support to the I&S headquarters facility to include the following:
- Ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors
- Assist in management of the daily operations of the facility
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
- Help ensure that the facility complies with government regulations and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the facility meets their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
- You will be responsible to provide facilities project management administrative support for I&S Sector-wide facilities projects.
- You will be responsible to track and pay all facilities utility invoices in a timely manner and record the usage data.
- You will be responsible to make a variety of centralized facilities payments as well as assisting other centralized facilities administration team members with procurement and payment related activities.
- All payments and procurements will be performed in accordance with facilities and procurement policies and procedures.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Four or more years of relevant work experience with high school diploma
- Two or more years of relevant work experience with associates degree
- Zero years of relevant work experience with bachelors degree
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
