Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented I&C Technician / Subject Matter Expert to support the installation, verification, and operation of instrumentation and control systems. This role works closely with Automation, Facilities, Metrology, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform loop checks, signal verification, and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper installation and compliance with project specifications.
• Organize and oversee testing and verification strategies.
• Support functional testing of control systems, alarms, and safety systems.
• Review P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and calibration records.
• Document infield verification and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Track and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize project delays.

• Bachelor’s degree, technical trade school, or apprenticeship program.
• 5+ years of experience in I&C, preferably in cGMP pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Experience with large capital project execution.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems (pressure, temperature, flow, level, control valves, analyzers, etc.).
• Experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
