About the Position

We are looking for an Outpatient Community Based Program Manager to join our team at our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon! The Outpatient Community Based Program Manager will provide clinical oversight and consultation to ICM program staff and oversee daily operations of Supported Employment Program companywide. They will oversee comprehensive mental health assessments, mental health assessment updates and treatment plans, with the goal of hospital diversion into the least restrictive level of care, appropriate to clients' needs. The Outpatient Community Based Program Manager will also collaborate with the Supported Employment Supervisor, ensuring Supported Employment Specialists are providing assessments, placement training and long-term support of clients with persistent mental illness working in community-based jobs or self-employment activities.

Work Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day). This position requires some on-call availability.

What You'll Make

$7,500 - $9,166.66 per monthDOE/Credentials.

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

About the Program

Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services.The outpatient clinics encompass our traditional outpatient services (therapy and case management) as well as our Psychiatric Services team, Community Based Programs (to include Intensive Case Management and Supported Employment) and Substance Used Disorder (SUD) modalities. This includes primarily onsite staff, however, does also include some telehealth/remote staff for specific positions.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

What You'll Need

  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.Eligibility requires:
    1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • MUST have a current state of Oregon license to practice independently in their field (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.

Successful applicantsmust have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
